Dear Dr. T.P. Sasikumar, I am M.R.B. Manikandan, a practising lawyer in Hyderabad. I am also member in NSS. What is this discussion going on? I do not have a clear picture. Hence, this question. I too feel, that the NSS Hyderabad apart from waking up at the time of Onam Celebrations and active during that period, should be active throughout the year in organising other events and bringing all the members often on the platform of NSS and make it presence felt among not only Nair community but also other friendly communities. I too feel some times, that coordination and interaction among the membes of NSS is missing in Hyderabad except during the occassion of Onam celebrations. The more we are united, the stronger we can make our organisation grow for the welfare and upliftment of not only our community but also other communities of Malayalees outside Kerala, by way of coordination and harmonised relation with them. I strongly feel that exchange of communication between all concerned persons
involved in NSS activities at different locations outside Kerala is definitely a
healthy development. To achieve the desired results, all concerned should
take proper care to voice the correct and right feelings that will lead to
unification of feelings of minds of the scattered people across the globe
having the same moorings and cultural background. Let us think of unified
activities to the extend possible to achieve greater cooperation amongst
ourselves irrespective of whether we are located at Hyderebad, Chennai, Delhi,
Gujarat, Kolkata, Kuwait or USA.

It was my intention to bring this activity into the notice of Delhi NSS / GNSS, specially to Sri. MKG Pillai who is very active in organizing the teams together in India and Abroad.

I too have heard about GNSS from Dr.TPS when there was a meeting at NSS office at Hyderabad. No one can digest an organization at Global Level without having any clear objectives and also not having any co-ordination with all Nair units of India and without any support before forming any organizations at any level.
The efforts taken by Mr. G Suresh Kumar, Mr. Murali and some more peoples for forming an all India Level organization by visiting various states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra & Vizag-AP etc. is very much appreciable. I noticed there are lot of new karayogams setting up in Gujarat during this last 6-8 months by sincere efforts of Mr. Murali & his team and they are going to organize Gujarat Nair Maha Sammelanam in January 2012 which is very much significant.
It is unfortunate to see some opposite faces even after above all facts & sincere efforts of people who work really for the people and our community.
Let Mr. G.Suresh Kumar and his team to go with their dream. We Wish them all the best.

So organising committes have been formed and some are appointed in certain posts. That is all. I don'e believe that the organisations are meant for creating leaders and I strongly believe that only those should come in the frontline of any organisation who can work among the mass and work for the needy. Luckily Mr. G. Suresh Kumar of NSS Hyderabad has enough calibre and he is quite capable enough to organise such things. So let him go along with it. Let us wish him all success.
